After my previous experience at another hotel in Bolton I wasn't expecting at lot but I thought this hotel was really good: staff very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast even though self service, good ingredients and well cooked, there is a gym with reasonable level of equipment, bedrooms spacious and well equipped. I was travelling with my wife who has early onset dementia and the bed was too small, so they offered to put an extra bed in or move us to a room with 2 single beds no problem. Even though the bathroom is tiny the shower was large which meant I could help my wife shower.

Peter

Room adequate shower and bed comfort very good, clean room. Breakfast and evening meal in restaurant very good in terms of food and especially staff attentiveness and friendly service, every member of staff we enacted with throughout our stay, but especially Jacob and Bethany. Chanced on the Manager in his office and was pleased to convey the above comments to him, he was as good as his staff. Hotel location excellent for pedestrian centre access without suffering city centre disadvantages such as noise or difficult access.

1st time that I have stayed here. A very nice hotel located just on the edge of town, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. I stayed in a double room which was adequate for my needs for 1 night. Very comfy bed and a great shower. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold self service with plenty of choices. I would certainly stay here again in the future. If you get the opportunity try and take a peek into the old church area, located to the right hand side of reception, it really is quite amazing!

I have to be honest - I have tried to avoid this Hotel chain over the past few years, but booked this as it was within easy distance of where my event was. I was very positively surprised by the Hotel. It was accessible, clean, comfortable, everything in the room was well appointed and the staff were beyond helpful! The event I attended was a late one and driving back in, the car park was all secure and I was able to enter as there was ANPR - this made me feel really safe and secure too.

The bed was fantastic, I had a great sleep and woke up restful. The Staff were so helpful and charming. Breakfast was plentiful and an excellent choice. You certainly couldn't go hungry. I will certainly recommend the hotel to family and friends. It will be the first choice if I need to stay over in Bolton again. I was there for Son's Wedding and Wedding couple stay at the hotel too
